How to complete OKX identity verification (KYC)

- Resend after 60 seconds, or use a voice code or email instead.
Email codes
- Check spam and promotions folders.
- Some work email servers block codes — use Gmail, Outlook or similar.

- That email or phone is already registered. Log in or reset your password — existing accounts can't add a referral code.

I'm not receiving the SMS verification code. What should I do?
Check that the country code is correct and your phone isn't filtering unknown senders, wait 60 seconds and resend. You can also try a voice code or register with email instead — and check your spam folder for email codes.
The OKX registration page won't load.
Try another network or browser and make sure you are on okx.com. You can also install the official app and register there — remember to type OK66688 manually. If OKX isn't available in your region, the page will tell you.
How many OKX accounts can I have?
You can create accounts with different emails or phone numbers, but only one account per person can pass identity verification. Never borrow someone else's ID.
Why did my KYC verification fail?
Common reasons: glare or blur on the ID photo, cropped corners, an expired document, poor lighting during the face check, details that don't match the ID, or an ID already used on another account. Retake the photos following the prompts; contact official support if it keeps failing.
How long does OKX KYC take?
Usually a few minutes, sometimes longer at busy times. Once approved you can deposit, use P2P and trade.
I forgot to enter the referral code. Can I add it?
Generally no. If you haven't completed KYC, you can register again with another email or phone number and enter OK66688.
